Shipping & Delivery of our orders is based on the mode of payment chosen

 If you opt to pay online or through phone via Credit/Debit cards, the product will be shipped out for delivery within 2-3 business days of the arrival of your order. Your order will be delivered to your via FedEX, DHL or ARAMEX. The delivery is estimated to take 7-10 business days.

If you opt Cash purchase, a local business partner will contact you for Cash Collection. They will also issue a receipt of your money and confirm your order with us. Once your order is confirmed, the product will be delivered to you via FedEX, DHL or ARAMEX. The delivery is estimated to take 7-10 business days.

Returns & Replacements is delighted to have you as a customer, and hope you enjoy this product. We are confident that you will benefit from your purchase, and would urge you to use it as directed to see full results. In the event that you may have to return or exchange the product, here are our guidelines to follow:

Returns/Exchanges will only be entitled/authorized for the products only on the case of any manufacturing defect associated with it. The following apply to only products of above-mentioned concern.

1. All products come with a 7 days return policy – starting from the day the customer received their product. Only786(786 اونلي) will look at the delivery date (by UPS, USPS, hand delivery) and take that as the start date.

2. Before returning/exchanging the product, please contact our returns department at your respective country sales numbers to obtain authorization for the return.

3. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. We request you to send it via a reliable logistic service which will provide you with a tracking number for your return package. will not be responsible for packages lost during return transit. Any electronic products including CDs, DVDs that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened software, music, games, videos and movies may be exchanged for the same title only. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. Please allow up to 10 days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.

4. Products have to be sent with all the original packaging. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the full cost of the product. The original cost of S&H will not be refunded. Please ensure that you send all the original packaging material to avoid a 15% restocking fee.

5. If you decide to return the product after 7 days, no refunds or exchanges will be entertained.

6. Products shipped back to us will be at your charge, and we request you to use a service like UPS, FedEx or USPS which will provide you insurance and tracking during transit.

7. If you desire to EXCHANGE the product within the initial 7 days, you can do so by paying the applicable S&H charge for the replacement.

8. If we, at ship you a product that you did not order (example, you ordered Product A, but we shipped you Product B), you are advised to contact us immediately. We will review the claim (by cross verifying the order entered, listening to the call recording) and will take necessary action. In case of error on our part, we will refund you the charge incurred to send the product back to us.

9. In all cases of return & exchange, the refund / product replacement action will be taken only after the customer’s shipment has been received and examined by our team for damages and completeness.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The site, products, services content, software, artwork, videos, data and information are provided “As Is”. All of our products are guaranteed against material defects for fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice.

Please note that all transactions although displayed in local currency will be charged in equivalent US dollars. In some cases there might be a small foreign transaction fee that you might incur on Credit/Debit transactions.

Updating Account Information

Please log back in to change your account information for any changes. If in any case, there is a change in your account information – like address change immediately after purchasing with us. Please call our Customer representative through your respective country sales number and they should be able to help you with your order if its not yet been shipped.
